An outstanding performance by Orville and his band. Great energy and he played his best known songs and two from his new album. Perfect venue, perfect night.

The crowd was pretty thin for the opening acts, but was wowed by the astounding voices and musicians of War and Treaty. Too bad the sound didn’t do them justice. Truly soaring vocals! Orville Peck took the stage to a very warm welcome from the audience and did not disappoint. Not for a second. From the first notes of Big Sky it was big love! Plenty to sing along to, and dance to for his longtime fans, And some songs from the new album, out this August. He told a few stories about his humble beginnings in Toronto, thanked the audience for their understanding during his much needed break from touring and added a lovely shout out shout to his family who were present . He was brought back to the stage for an encore many one of the most deafening audience cheers I can remember. None of the highlights of any Orville Peck show is the diverse audience : the LGBTQ crowd, country fans, music fans in general , young, old ( the drag Queens were MIA this time) everyone has a great time!
