Celebrate The Holiday Season With Horns

Nothing says Christmas like a battalion of brass instrumentalists blasting away the cobwebs with high-spirited renditions of classic Christmas carols and hymns! The Colorado Symphony Brass and Percussion will be in full swing for a festive and diverse program of works from the Renaissance and Baroque eras, as well as feelgood Hollywood holiday films!

Arranged specifically for a brass ensemble, the evening's jolly program features arrangements specifically designed to show off the astounding power, precision and virtuosity of the brass ensemble. Under the baton of Buerkle, whose wealth of experience includes conducting the full Colorado Symphony, the Suburban East Coast Music Festival Honors Orchestra and the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the gifted Colorado performers are sure to fill the Boettcher Hall with epic trills, glissandos and double stops with an extra helping of Yuletide cheer.
