Colorado Symphony Orchestra - Too Hot To Handel at Boettcher Concert Hall

Why see Colorado Symphony Orchestra - Too Hot To Handel?

Too Hot To Handel

The Colorado Symphony Orchestra's famed Too Hot To Handel event is back by popular demand! Explore a different side of Handel's classic and monumental Messiah in this jazz, gospel and R&B-infused concert, perfect for the holiday season! Christopher Dragon is at the helm alongside special guests, and audience favorites, Cynthia Renee Saffron, Karen Marie Richardson, and Rodrick Dixon.

Originally composed in 1741 by George Frideric Handel, Messiah has become an international and century-defying piece of work. Synonymous with the festive season, Messiah is based on the story of Jesus Christ, from his birth through his teaching, his death, his resurrection, and finally his ascent to Heaven.

Don't miss out on this special event as Handel's classic work is turned on its head with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra!
